Employee Incident Reports

To access the Employee Incident Reporting Form, please continue by signing in at https://southtexascollege.campusoptics.com/users/sign_in.

Employees must sign into the CampusOptics portal in order to submit an Employee Incident Reporting Form. Any incident reporting forms meant for an employee but submitted under Student / Visitor will be dismissed. If submitted incorrectly, a request for resubmission will be sent to the employee.
